The IICF International Step Up Challenge was introduced in 2020 during the global pandemic as a way to safely connect with colleagues, family and friends in a fun way and focus on positive mental and physical wellness during an unprecedented time – and help raise funds for our most vulnerable community members. Since then, more than 12,000 insurance professionals and other supporters, in 19 countries, have participated in our Step Up Challenges.
Proceeds benefit the IICF Children’s Relief Fund and Revitalising Communities Fund, which have helped to deliver 2.8 million meals to children and their families struggling with hunger. In addition, many wonderful nonprofits chosen by our winners have benefited from Charity of Choice grant awards from IICF.
