History

The IICF International Step Up Challenge was introduced in 2020 during the global pandemic as a way to safely connect with colleagues, clients, family and friends in a fun way and focus on positive mental and physical wellness during an unprecedented time – and help raise funds for our most vulnerable community members.  Since then, more than 17,000 insurance professionals and other supporters, in 22 countries, have participated in our Step Up Challenges.

Proceeds benefit IICF nonprofit partners serving children struggling with food insecurity in the US and Canada and literacy in the UK.

Through your support, we have awarded $450,000 in IICF Step Up Grants to our nonprofit partners, helping to deliver millions of meals to children in need - thank you!

In addition, many wonderful nonprofits chosen by our challenge winners have benefited from IICF Charity of Choice grant awards.
